That's what some fans and foes are saying after Timberlake's "Give It To Me" was leaked to the Internet. In the song - which the former Mouseketeer sings with Timbaland and Nelly Furtado - Timberlake sings:

"Could you speak up and stop mumbling?/I don't think you came in clear/When you're sitting on the top/it's hard to hear you from way up there/I saw you tryin' to act cute on TV/Just let me clear the air/We missed you on the charts last week/[Bleep] that's right, you wasn't there."[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

The Electric New Paper reports: IT was a punchline that British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen was not expecting. He was reportedly beaten up by a man in New York after he accosted the stranger in the guise of his alter ego, Kazakh reporter Borat, as part of a joke.

The Daily Mail reported that Cohen, who was dressed as Borat, was on the way to have drinks with House star Hugh Laurie after the two had appeared on a US TV show. Supreme Brown Sex Case
AP reports: A woman who claims soul singer James Brown raped her is asking the Supreme Court to hear her sexual harassment lawsuit, which a lower court ruled this year she had waited too long to file.

Jacque Hollander argues that the state's two-year statute of limitations in such cases does not provide equal protection to women.

In her lawsuit, Hollander said Brown raped her at gunpoint in 1988 while she was working as his publicist. She seeks $106 million in damages.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Doug Harrington RIP
Defiance reports: It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of our dear friend, bandmate, and CPR artist, Defiance guitarist Doug Harrington. At his request, and for the privacy of his family, we did not make his condition known, but Doug had been quietly battling cancer for much of this year, until Tuesday night when he finally succumbed to it. He went peacefully and in the presence of his wife and family.

Doug was however able to participate in several of the writing and recording sessions for the new DEFIANCE record, including one just 3 days before he passed. When we found out about Doug's condition, we had already been writing and rehearsing for the new album, and Doug continued to go to practices and participate in the songwriting and it was his wish that we finish the album without him. And although it will be extremely difficult, we will honor his request, and you can expect to see the record in stores this Spring.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story
