Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani Reportedly Writing New Song

(Radio.com) Just one day after Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton went public with their budding relationship, there is a new report that the two stars are co-writing a country song.

People, who initially broke the news that Stefani and Shelton are dating, is reporting that the couple have written a ballad. An "industry insider" is quoted as saying, "It's amazing how good she sounds on a pretty country song." The insider added, "And it sure is good to hear Blake singing real country again."

According to People, after the new season of The Voice began the duo got together to write the mid-tempo ballad. The song is "About telling a lover to leave the relationship if that is what they truly want." The song has not been recorded yet. Read more here.
