Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl leads an impressive lineup for the fourth annual Acoustic-4-A Cure benefit concert, which is curated by Sammy Hagar and Metallica frontman James Hetfield. Hetfield broke the sad news in the announcement that he will not be able to take part in this year's event, which is scheduled to take place on May 15th at the Fillmore Theater in San Francisco. However, Sammy Hagar will be joined by Grohl, as well as former Eagles guitarist Don Felder, Mick Fleetwood, Grateful Dead icon Bob Weir, Steve Vai, Vic Johnson, Sarah McLachlan and Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo. According to Metallica, "The benefit concert raises funds and awareness for the pediatric cancer research with all proceeds donated to UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital."
